Our First Step of our Journey!

Our team started in Real Estate Investment with a purchase of a Condo unit followed by few Single Family Residential (SFR) and several Multifamily Family and foreclosure properties.

We have made several mistakes along the way and would help you avoid some of the pitfalls of the real estate industry whether you leverage the buy-hold or flip-home strategy.

After several SFR / townhomes / Apartment Condos, we diversified in to smaller multi-family assets including duplexes, quads before moving on to 10+ unit building assets.

Property Management Focus

As we grew our portfolio to manage dozen's of assets, we identified the need to have a solid team of Property Managers and technologies who can ensure quick turn-times (Readying property after a lease with painting, flooring & clean-up).  

This need helped us create our Property Management Arm!

We leverage the latest in technologies for Property Management including Owner Statements, Reporting, Online / mobile payments, accepting Credit / Debit cards, eCash (Cash Funds Deposited at stores based on bar codes), Tenant portal to get their maintenance requests, status updates, keep the property updated based on city ordinance and federal code guidelines.

Our team has expanded to provide seamless services to other investors like ourselves leveraging the latest in technologies and property managers and vendor teams.

We continue to expand in to new cities and areas providing End to End services from consulting to raising capital to property management for investors.
