Rent Collections
Rents will be collected on a timely manner using various means including eCash, ACH, Debit/Credit Cards and other 3rd party payment methods. Payments deposited in owners accounts monthly per agreement.
Vendor & Tax payments
We work with a team of Professional vendors for maintenance work with details provided as part of statements and ensuring maintenance expenses are captured for Tax purposes.
Annual documents provided to Owners for tax purposes.
Utility Services
We help with the activation and discontinuation of the services for the utilities. We also help with pest control, landscape and garbage disposal services.
